Disneyland Paris Terms & Conditions

Temporary adjustments to booking and cancellation policies

We will be servicing customers who are due to travel between now and 15th July 2021.

For stays at Disneyland Hotel: an alternative package will be offered at Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel. We will provide appropriate price reduction to compensate for the difference in hotel category.

For stays at Disney’s Hotel Cheyenne up to 30 June: an alternative package upgrade will be offered at Disney’s Newport Bay Club.

For stays at Disney’s Davy Crockett Ranch:  

For arrivals from 17 to 30 June: an alternative package upgrade will be offered at Disney’s Newport Bay Club  

For arrivals from 1 to 12 July 2021 and 9 November 2021 to 30 March 2022, guests will be offered an alternative package at Disney’s Hotel Cheyenne.

For stays at Disney’s Hotel Santa Fe:

 For arrivals from 17 to 30 June: an alternative package upgrade will be offered at Disney’s Newport Bay Club.

For arrivals from 1 July to 31 July: an alternative package upgrade will be offered at Disney’s Hotel Cheyenne.

For stays at Disney’s Sequoia Lodge: an alternative package upgrade will be offered to customers at Disney’s Newport Bay Club for arrivals up to 30 November 2021.

 

Disneyland® Paris have released adjustments to their booking and cancellation policies, if you are due to travel to Disneyland Paris they offer the following options:

 

Hotel Bookings

If you hold an accommodation and park ticket booking you will be offered the option to amend your booking to a later date up to 30th March 2022 (excluding 16th December - 8th January) subject to availability, the same holiday at the same price with the same advantages (including Meal Plans)will be offered. If your original hotel is not available, you will be offered an equivalent package at Disney's Newport Bay Club, at no additional charge. If your original booking was for Disneyland® Hotel, the difference in price will be refunded to you. 

• Cancel your booking without fees and receive a refund on your accommodation and park tickets.

 

Tickets & Annual Passes

• If you hold a non-dated ticket, it will remain valid with the same conditions and calendar depending on the ticket type, when the Parks reopen.

• If you have Disneyland® Paris Express Tickets valid during the closure period, the tickets will be cancelled and refunded in full.

• Tickets for Buffalo Bills Wild West Show not included in a hotel package and valid for a visit during any closure period, will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Disney Cruise Line Terms & Conditions

Temporary adjustments to booking and cancellation policies

In line with direction from health experts and government officials, Disney Cruise Line sailings are cancelled on the Disney Dream departures through August 6, 2021, Disney Fantasy departures through August 28, 2021, Disney Wonder departures through September 19, 2021, and Disney Magic departures in the US through November 4, 2021.

 

Guests booked on affected sailings who have paid their reservation in full will be offered the choice of a cruise credit to be used for a future sailing, or a full refund. Guests who have not yet paid their reservation in full will automatically receive a refund of what they have paid so far.

 

If your circumstances have changed and you would now like to cancel your reservation, you may do so for a full refund of the original voyage fare paid.

Walt Disney World Resort in Florida Terms & Conditions

Temporary adjustments to booking and cancellation policies

Walt Disney World Resort in Florida have released the following updated policy:

As a result of physical distancing, capacity in restaurants and availability of dining experiences is very limited and certain experiences such as Character dining cannot be provided. Because of this, we have also made the difficult decision to cancel and temporarily no longer offer Disney Dining plans. We recognise the inconvenience this poses and we’re deeply sorry.
