On the day of the cruise, when can we board the ship?

For most sailings, the cruise terminal opens at 11am. The exact time you can start boarding can differ as it depends on several factors. You will be given a port arrival time ready for you to get checked in and sail-away on your magical cruise.

Do I need to bring cash, credit cards or foreign currency?

While on-board the fleet, you do not need any cash or credit cards to make purchases, these are all charged to your stateroom folio. You may wish to carry cash or credit cards in ports of call to buy snacks or souvenirs.

Before departing for your Disney Cruise, please ensure you have contact your credit or debit card company to let them know you will be travelling out of the country.

On-board all transactions are in U.S. Dollars. When you arrive for check-in at the terminal, you may present any of the following to be used for charges, Visa, Mastercard, Disney Visa Credit Card, American Express, Discover Credit Card, Diners Club International and Japanese Credit Bureau. All charges must be settled before leaving the ship.

What documents will be required when I check in for my cruise?

At check-in, all guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID. For certain international itineraries, you will also need to present a valid passport. In addition to this many countries require a entry visa, these must be acquired before travel.
